In this guide you will learn how to create a ticket. You should create a ticket if you are experiencing issues with the test jigs.
1. Click on "submit a request"
2. Complete the request form
Ensure you give a detailed description of the problem. You must also select the correct product from the Product dropdown. Click submit when done.
You will be redirected to the request page, and a success notification banner will be displayed.
The request page contains information about the ticket/request that was created. The status will be set to open.
